The 2024 SADC TFCA Network Annual Meeting will be a hybrid meeting taking place in Kasane from the 19-21 November 2024. The meeting will allow virtual and in-person participation from TFCA stakeholders and is aimed at contributing to the implementation of the SADC TFCA Programme through facilitating learning, information exchange, knowledge management and innovation in overcoming TFCA challenges and taking up opportunities.

This annual meeting in Kasane will initiate the focused Communities of Practice (CoPs) as called for in the SADC TFCA Programme. These thematic CoPs are arranged under the following focus areas 

1. Human Wildlife Conflict
2. TFCA Investment and sustainable financing
3. Skills Development and Capacity building
4. CBNRM and social inclusion
5. Monitoring and Evaluation
6. Climate Change impact on TFCAs

In addition, we will get highlights of progress made by TFCAs over the last year as well as discuss details about the planned 25^th Anniversary of SADC TFCA’s planned for May 2025.

Please block the time and plan to attend either in-person or virtually on the hybrid system. We will be sending registration links for the annual meeting before the end of September 2024.
