The objectives of the workshop are to:

• Analyse the outcome of the feasibility study on th establishment of the financing mechaism for TFCAs commonly referred to as the TFCA facility;
• Interrogate and consider proposals regarding the structure and governance of the TFCA facility;
• Consider the proposed hosting and implementation arrangements of the TFCA facility;
• Provide recommendations on the ideal structure and implementation modalities of the TFCA facility and recommend it for submission to the Technical Committee on wildlife for further review and to kick-start the approval process through SADC structures.
