Aim: address key threats for wildlife in Angola including poaching & illegal wildlife trade, HWC and degradation of habitat. Component 1: strengthen policy, legal & institutional framework & national capacity to manage wildlife including HWC & address wildlife crime; Component 2: strengthen capacity of select PAs & law enforcement agencies in the target areas to control poaching, IWT, HWC & habitat degradation; Component 3: Engage local communities in sustainable wildlife, forest, & PA management; Component 4: Knowledge management, M&E, and gender mainstreaming.
