Dignity is a project specialist with 18 years’ experience in project design, project coordination and donor reporting across conservation and development programmes in Zimbabwe, currently coordinating a EUR 3.5 million transfrontier conservation grant funded through IUCN and KfW. Translates field and technical priorities into structured concepts, logframes, workplans, budgets and results frameworks, and consolidates technical, financial and operational inputs from dispersed contributors into coherent proposal and reporting packages. Has coordinated and accounted for partnership agreements worth over USD 48 million from the European Commission, KfW, IUCN, USAID, FCDO (formerly DFID), BMZ, GiZ, UNFPA, UNICEF, Trócaire and others, with quarterly and annual technical and financial reporting throughout. Writes clearly, holds contributors to reporting deadlines, and keeps design, donor requirements and site-level delivery capacity aligned.
