Dimpho has experience coordinating contracts and sourcing activities, ensuring efficient procurement processes while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

He serves as a Regiment Chairman within the Bangwaketse tribe, where he focuses on advancing community development through program design, coordination, and management. His leadership role involves mobilizing community members, organizing development initiatives, and promoting social progress within the traditional structures of the Bangwaketse community.
