Dimpho has experience coordinating contracts and sourcing activities, ensuring efficient procurement processes while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Beyond his professional work, Dimpho is actively involved in community leadership and development. He serves as a Regiment Chairman within the Bangwaketse tribe, where he focuses on advancing community development through program design, coordination, and management. His leadership role involves mobilizing community members, organizing development initiatives, and promoting social progress within the traditional structures of the Bangwaketse community.

Dimpho is also engaged in regional and global sustainability initiatives.
