Nametso is a human geographer and a researcher in sustainability and environmental governance. She has a PhD Sustainable Development and Environmental Management from the Centre for Sustainability Transitions, at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. She is currently employed as a Research Fellow in Land Use Planning and Policy at the University of Botswana, Okavango Research Institute in Maun, Botswana. She is an environmental story teller interesting in futuring research, social policy and land and water governance in Southern Africa. Besides research and academia, she a fictional writer, published author and Spoken word Poet who travels the world sharing poetry on corporate and art stages!
