I am a social impact practitioner working across community settings, with a core focus on environmental issues.

My approach is relational and systems-informed, grounded in trust, meaningful participation, and collaboration. I have focused on project management and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and the facilitation of dialogue-based and capacity-building processes. This work has spanned community-led conservation, climate resilience, bilateral and multilateral development cooperation, human-wildlife conflict (HWC), youth empowerment, and mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).

I see building relational foundations as integral to effective conservation; it is not an add-on. That commitment shapes how I work with teams, build partnerships, navigate competing priorities, and advance joint efforts toward common goals.

I am keen to connect with practitioners across the SADC region and to contribute to shared learning on how community participation and strong relationships can support conservation that lasts.
