I am Msimelelo Febana, a Monitoring and Evaluation Practitioner with experience in health, education, economic development zones and retail industries. I hold a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the Nelson Mandela University (NMU). I have also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at the University of Witwatersrand, certificates in Project Management with PM Academy International and Thought Leadership for Africa’s Renewal with the Thabo Mbeki African Leadership Institute based at the University of South Africa (UNISA). In addition, I have completed an Outcomes-based Monitoring and Evaluation implementation course at the University of Pretoria. I possess competencies in research, monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, management, stakeholder relations, organizing, advanced MS Office, along with strong interpersonal and writing skills.
