Mwai Malindi is the Director of Mgom’mera Seeds Investments Limited, a Malawi-based agribusiness supporting smallholder farmers through improved seed systems, climate-smart agriculture, and conservation-aligned livelihoods. Mgom’mera works in rural landscapes adjacent to protected areas, including communities within the Malawi–Zambia Transfrontier Conservation Area (MAZA TFCA). The organisation promotes sustainable land use, livelihood diversification, and resilience-building to reduce pressure on natural resources while enhancing household incomes. Mwai brings experience in community development, conservation-linked agriculture, and resource mobilisation, and is committed to strengthening partnerships that advance biodiversity conservation and socio-economic empowerment across TFCA landscapes in Southern Africa.
