Overall Aim - To study elephant movements and habitat connectivity pathways within the Wildlife Dispersal Areas of KAZA TFCA and evaluate threats to elephants’ survival in the selected landscapes. Objectives include: (1) Determine elephant landscape utilization within the Zambian component of the KAZA TFCA, through wild elephant movement data generated from 30 GPS satellite tracking collars (2) Identify factors that determine elephant movements, potential threats, and locate movement corridors (3) Implement mitigation strategies to alleviate human-elephant conflict
