(1) Manage the CA effectively and efficiently through good governance and sustainable operational and financial practices; (2) Develop strategies to protect and improve key habitats and species; (3) Make optimal use of the natural resources of the Reserves through a specific focus on ecotourism; and (4) Implement projects that will help the local communities attain sustainable livelihoods and become economically active.
