Objectives: 
1. General support for the administrative operations in order to guarantee continuity in the operations. Includes: banking costs, accommodation and travel, electricity, water, gas, communications, cleaning materials and the operational costs of the vehicles (fuel, maintenance and insurance). 2. Implementation of community programmes: which include Environmental Education, and community liaison activities. The activities with the communities take place in the pilot communities along the buffer zone of the park. 3. Ensuring that the infrastructure is well maintained and in good condition for purposes of work and tourism. The work includes repair and maintenance of the 4x4 tracks, maintenance of park tracks and of park management and tourism infrastructure, maintenance of roads and fencing.
